Please note that it is helpful for Jessica to know when someone plans to log into the Zoom account for the first time. Sometimes Zoom thinks a login is fraudulent and requires a passcode to get in. The passcode is emailed to Jessica and is only good for 10 minutes so knowing in advance who plans to try to use the account for the first time means she can forward the code if required.
Creating a Zoom Meeting
Sign in to the Zoom account via https://zoom.us using the credentials provided by the Community Engagement Coordinator and create your meeting in the meetings tab.
