Stay organized and follow workplans (but give yourself grace knowing life happens)
Find the organizational tool(s) that works for you and use it
Put recurring or other kinds of reminders on your calendar in advance of certain kinds of meetings and tasks
Be comfortable/okay accepting your limitations even if that means something you planned to do doesn’t happen
Don’t need to innovate for the sake of it - if something works, keep it

Ride the wave of knowledge that’s going to be coming at you
Rather than trying to change everything, focus energy on things that aren’t working
Sometimes you might have to do things that are a little uncomfortable to resolve a situation
If something isn’t working repeatedly, it’s worth talking through it and trying to resolve the situation rather than hoping it fixes itself
Some meetings lend themselves to discussion, some don’t - it’s okay to have some meetings that are solely business-oriented
Lots of good work has been done in recent terms to build in support, transfer knowledge - pay it forward
