The following series of four email messages was used to solicit participation of Member Representatives Voting Members from Very Large Member organizations in the 2016 election for their Governance Board Representative.
Note that the messages contained a link to the ballot and were sent only to the Voting Member Representative using a list supplied by LYRASIS. LYRASIS also set up the online ballot and provided periodic updates on voter participation that were used to encourage all Voting Members Representative to cast their votes. The messages included candidate statements for the respective candidates as PDF attachments.
