Board meeting, 11/12:  

• Informational meeting largely.
•  Increase size of nominations committee to include a representative for each membership level; revise Bylaws accordingly. 
• Submit proposal for Product Management group

• Workshop at Miami University of Ohio, Nov. 16 & 17

Staffing

Nathan Stevens resigned from ArchivesSpace effective Oct. 30. Migration support will be transferred to the TAC Migration sub-team for the time being.

There was consensus during the 11/13 FPT meeting to split development prioritization and testing of development into separate subteams.
