• Development Prioritization:

  • Reviewed 12 tickets at Oct. meeting

  • Developing standardized procedure for Dev Pri members to edit Jira tickets

  • Sent ticket to list for community feedback

• Metadata Standards: Reviewed and discussed the results of the community survey.

  • Prioritize tickets based on survey results: For example, less emphasis on MARC importer and more emphasis on EAD, etc.

  • Need in the community to maintain compatibility with EAD 2.0 for this transition period, but make sure we’re moving forward as EAD evolves.

• Technical Documentation:

  • Support transition to new platform from GitHub pages for Tech Docs

  • Improve API documentation starting with jobs, search, and agents endpoints, and any changes from recent releases

• Testing:

  • Completed regression testing for version 4.0.0.

  • Identified Vice Lead: Mary Kidd

  • Will be organizing a post-testing debrief both solely as the committee and also with Christine to see what worked well and what needs improvement
