Program Update

• ArchivesSpace 3.1 has just been released.

• Next release is planned for late December/early January. This will be a significant change in how ArchivesSpace is deployed and requires an external Solr database. Training and documentation will be coming out.

• Currently doing training for diversity partners. Community wide training is coming up in October.

• ArchivesSpace will be participating in Hacktoberfest

Integrations: Sarit Hand

• 2021-2022 Integrations Sub-team Work Plan

• Will be focusing on “How to integrate with ArchivesSpace” pages. Goal is to make more user friendly and raise visibility

Metadata Standards: Valerie Addonizio

• 2021-2022 Metadata Sub-team Work Plan

• Trying a different approach to work plan with more detail

• Approaching work with more decisive decision-making and identifying what is not supported.

• Trying to narrow the scope of work for the team

Tech Docs: Alicia Detelich Dave Mayo (Unlicensed)

• Picking up work from last year including the API working group, and work on Jekyll.

• Will be focus on outreach and community feedback
