Share agendas with TAC and UAC and extend an open invitation to council members to join if there are any tickets they are interested in commenting on.
Consider and plan outreach activities to support the Community in creating Jira tickets. These may include:
Presentation at the ArchivesSpace online member forum on the work of Dev Pri.
Update the ArchivesSpace wiki guidance on writing Jira tickets and specifications.
Q&A session where attendees would be encouraged to bring their questions and ideas for tickets they would like to write.
Reaching out to individual ticket creators where Dev Pri feels a ticket needs further information etc.
Solicit input from other subteams (in particular Usability and Metadata Standards) on relevant tickets.
The subteam may:
Contribute to “Awaiting More Information” tickets – members of Dev Pri to take these forward by providing necessary information or specification.
Revisit previously submitted tickets held in the “Awaiting More Information” status and contact the submitter to get the process moving forward.
