The 2016 ArchivesSpace Nominating Committee is pleased to present the following slate of candidates for election to fill vacancies on the ArchivesSpace Governance Board:
(Size 1) Representative
- (Candidate 1 Name), (Candidate 1 Title), (Candidate 1 Institution)
- (Candidate 2 Name), (Candidate 2 Title), (Candidate 2 Institution)
(Size 2) Representative
- (Candidate 1 Name), (Candidate 1 Title), (Candidate 1 Institution)
- (Candidate 2 Name), (Candidate 2 Title), (Candidate 2 Institution)
Statements for each candidate are included in the attached PDF. The official member representatives for (sizes) member institutions have received a separate message with a ballot link for their respective slates. Only official member representatives may vote, and only in their member categories.
Election results will be announced in late June. Elected candidates will serve a two-year term beginning July 1, 20?? concluding June 30, 20??.

Voting opens today for elections for Governance Board representatives for the (Sizes) membership levels. Only the Voting Member from an institution at each of these levels is eligible to vote for the corresponding position. Please note that an institution’s Voting Member may be the same person as the Member Representative, or it may be a different person.
The candidates are:
(Size) level representative
- Candidate 1 name, Candidate 1 institution
- Candidate 2 name, Candidate 2 institution
(Size) level representative
- Candidate 1 name, Candidate 1 institution
- Candidate 2 name, Candidate 2 institution

The Voting Member for each institution at these levels will be sent an email with a link to the ballot for their membership level later today. Please reach out to me if your Voting Member has not received the ballot by tomorrow or if you have any questions.
