Sub-team Updates

Discussion:

  • Are there any end of the year needs for the sub-teams?

  • Have sub-teams discussed Vice Leads for next year? 

Membership turnover has made it difficult to find Vice Leads for next term for UAC sub-teams. This may need to be addressed after new members are on boarded.

Reminders

  • Reminder:  Quarterly Report due next Friday May 10

  • Reminder:  Sub-team retrospectives are due for the June meeting – June 25

  • Reminder:  Before the end of June you should review your sub-team’s Google Drive folders and Confluence and:

    • Google Drive:  Transfer ownership of important files if they are owned by members who are rotating off

    • Google Drive:  Review existing files for relevance, delete or archive old files, leave comments in files if they need explanation, and organize the space for the next term

    • Update any transition documents for the incoming sub-team leads
