Refactor done by Sarah this summer should make it easier to add new canned reports. We need to figure out to what extent we need to add more canned reports when, hopefully, the custom reports option will add more capability for designing institution-specific reports.

Not sure whose responsibility maintenance is for this, but currently it is the Technical Lead's responsibility
It will be discussed at the next UAC/TAC combined meeting
