Shared docs: Confluence will continue to be the system of record for materials like rosters, meeting minutes, reports, and policy/process documents, but working documents need a better collaborative workspace. Consensus was that a LYRASIS-managed Google Drive should take care of the issue. Shared Google Drive folder:

Planning for retrospectives

  • Last two years, we’ve held a retrospective for the final meeting of the year, which requires a little homework. TAC examples: 2019-06-06 Retrospective , 2017-2018 TAC Retrospective. Sub-team example: 2018-2019 Integrations sub-team Retrospective

  • Between now and June, all subteams sub-teams should have a retrospective with your teams. Discuss and take notes on:

    • What went well?

    • How could we improve?

    • How did we meet our goals?

  • Please add your notes/docs to the confluence pages. These can be as informal or as formal as you like.
