Continue discussion of potential forum structure and what has/hasn’t worked in the past

The team identified 9amPT/12pmET/5pmUTC as the ideal start time for the first day of forum. The first day of the forum will ideally have about 4 -5 hours of content with days 2 and 3 potentially being held at more flexible or different times and focusing on workshops and discussion.

Jessica is going to work to identify potential workshop instructors who can present workshops on days 2 and 3. We’d like to offer at least one workshop starting between 8-9am ET, 3/4pm CEST. Other workshops will be offered beginning at 12pm ET.

Workshop topics to be identified by the team to pursue:

-An API workshop
-An application overview/basic record creation workshop
-Consideration for Implementing ArchivesSpace (2 hours)
-Assessments Module Overview
Digital Objects
