Many TAC members serve on two subgroups. We all need to continue to raise the profile of what TAC/UAC does Flag work that simply cannot be done by volunteers; if there are needs that need to be contracted, note those and advocate for those to AS. Bake this into the work we do; be noting all year long those areas where we can hire help.
