Discussion: TAC retrospective

@Trevor Thornton

  • Participation in online forum was a real positive engagement in community

  • How to get more volunteers to tackle some of the large amount of work to be done? Many TAC members serve on two subgroups.

  • We all need to continue to raise the profile of what TAC/UAC does

  • Flag work that simply cannot be done by volunteers; if there are needs that need to be contracted, note those and advocate for those to AS. Bake this into the work we do; be noting all year long those areas where we can hire help.
