Identify ways groups can work as effectively as possible
Identify resources that would help people in or considering Council leadership positions
Identify areas of additional collaboration and cooperation between groups or across the Councils overall
Develop some action plans for moving ideas to reality or for consideration by the Governance Board as needed

10 min	Welcome, goals, and explanation of agenda
45 min	Breakouts - 15 minutes for each topic Leading teams Building and sustaining teams Supporting teams	Working in small groups, brainstorm ideas for improvements and new initiatives. Each group will rotate through the three topics. Ideas will be cumulative and shared in Google docs available to all participants.
20 min	Reporting and full group discussion	A designated reporter from the last group for each of the three topics will report on and lead discussion on that topics.
10 min	Anything else (is there a topic beyond the breakouts and the reporting from the breakouts that we want to be sure to cover in the big group?)
