ArchivesSpace Diversity Partnership - Application Evaluation Criteria

Applications will be reviewed by a subset of the planning group and outside peer reviewers. Beyond the overall eligibility criteria for the program, applicants will be evaluated on the following:

• The degree to which the type of institution and the primary communities the applicant serves are underrepresented in the current ArchivesSpace member community. In keeping with the values of the program, we will also seek diversity in the types of institutions and communities served among the Partners when possible.

• The degree to which the applicant’s expectations and organizational capacity match with what the Partnership is offering.

• The demonstrated impact to the public and/or the applicant’s community (as the applicant defines it) if the collections of the applicant are better managed and made accessible (as the applicant defines "accessible").
