Breakout rooms will be mix of silent reflection, small group discussion, and writing exercise. When we return to main Zoom room, each group will share out: 1-2 thoughts from your conversations on the discussion prompts that stood out to you. An example of one of your impact statements. An idea of how you might use this in your day job.
