Working in small groups facilitated by a Council leader, brainstorm ideas for improvements and new initiatives around each of the themes. Groups will rotate through the three themes. Ideas will be shared in cumulative Google docs available to all participants.

Reporting and full group discussion

A designated reporter from the last group for each of the three themes will report on and lead discussion on that topic.

10 min

Anything else (i.e. is there a topic beyond the breakouts and the reporting from the breakouts that we want to be sure to cover in the big group?)

such as Formalizing the composition and roles of teams beyond what we already do: Is this important? If so, what needs to be discussed at a team level? What needs to be discussed at a broader or higher level? What should be built into the Nominating Committee process? What should be built into the onboarding process?
