Here is a tentative schedule for our work, which we can adjust as we learn more about the re-appointments and the need for new appointments:

Our first task out of the gate will be to review and revise the calls for nominations for each governance body. I will be posting drafts by the end of this week. For the purpose of getting started and reviewing circulate drafts by (date) and request your input by (date).
To help us get started and review the calls for nominations, I would like to schedule a conference call meeting of our committee Committee in early April, preferably April 4, 5, or 6 (dates). I will send out a Doodle poll for indicating so that you can indicate your availability. Let me know if you do not receive an invitation to this poll.
