Member Match Update - Jessica

•  Create Matches

• Many people wanting a mentor, but this is meant for peer to peer support, built three-person matches with early/mid/late career people to assist each other

• Three person matches seem to be the way to go, over two person matches

• Possible event where we have a meeting where we talk about anything but ASpace, i.e. cheese day, baking, hiking

• Prioritize:

  • Identity questions

  • Working/hosting environments

• Be sure to remind participants to get in touch with us if there are issues with their matches, cannot get in touch, match is not working out, etc.
