Create Matches

  • Many people wanting a mentor, but this is meant for peer to peer support, built three-person matches with early/mid/late career people to assist each other

  • Three person matches seem to be the way to go, over two person matches

  • Possible event where we have a meeting where we talk about anything but ASpace, i.e. cheese day, baking, hiking

  • Prioritize:

    • Identity questions

    • Working/hosting environments

  • Be sure to remind participants to get in touch with us if there are issues with their matches, cannot get in touch, match is not working out, etc.

Review Draft End of Year Email and Feedback Form & determine release date

  • Send out next week

  • Half way thru June, give a reminder push

  • Close June 30 when we turn over
