Each member needs to serve as primary watcher for at least three pages. Additionally, each member needs to serve as a primary/secondary watcher for seven pages total.

Help Center Section Review

Provide overview of User Manual review process.

Discuss options for the next section of the user manual to review this term.

Since the Subjects module is on the development roadmap in the near future, we will look at these pages in the User Manual to review. At the next meeting of this team, we will go over the process for reviewing pages in the User Manual and assign pages to each member. In the mean time, review documentation pertaining to this process linked above.

Development updates

ArchivesSpace Development Roadmap

Updates from Jessica? What documentation work should we anticipate this fall?

A patch release for 3.4 will be released later in the week - no documentation required. In the fall, work includes refactoring the code (no documentation) as well as changes to the PUI. Our team may need to review the documentation to determine if/how these changes should be reflected there. Additional changes to come include updates to the subject module, anti-racism and inclusion initiatives, and multi-lingual support.

Joint UAC/TAC Meeting and workplan

Joint TAC/UAC meeting will be held on September 27th. We will finalize workplan and present on it at that meeting.

Rebecca will create a draft of the workplan for this term and share with the team before our next meeting.

Regarding Testing: Rebecca will contact Austin (chair of Testing) and Christine to see if a new column can be added to the testing protocol regarding documentation in the user manual.

Tech Docs Collaboration

Discuss collaboration from last term and determine next steps in anticipation of workplan development.

Margaret and Rebecca will review e-mail from last term. RB will follow up with Tech Docs chair.
