Welcome Eden, and welcome to all the returning members!

Priorities for the term

• Create and update documentation in response to new version releases or user feedback

• Continue systematic review of Help Center pages, updating pages as needed

• Develop an onboarding workflow and create documentation on what to share with new members

• Restructure page watching assignments to be compatible with membership fluctuations

• We can use these as the basis of our work plan for the term.

•  Digital Objects mostly finished, Margaret will take care of the edits of the pages assigned to Liz Beckman

• Question about adding directions on displaying thumbnails for DO - Rebecca to add directions about thumbnails to the File Version page and add thumbnail to the title.

• Eden working on new page for spawning archival objects. Will draft a page as a child of the ASpace User Manual and Jessica will move it to its location. Team to review before publishing. Due date is 2 weeks from when the release candidate goes out.

Jessica brought up cross-council work with Tech Docs on some documentation (e.g., user-defined fields). Regina mentioned that Council is going to encourage this collaborative work.
