Develop a monthly bulletin, graph, or visualization that makes the sub-team's work more immediately transparent to the member community and TAC/UAC. It’s definitely worth exploring the Reporting capabilities in JIRA more.
Periodically issue surveys, in conference with the ArchivesSpace program staff (I definitely would like to see us take a proactive role in gathering community feedback, especially for larger interconnected issues like the PUI tickets. In the Google doc is a question primarily directed to Christine about if the 2016 survey is still relevant and potentially how often should a survey like that be implemented.)
