    • discussed retrospective and worked on new work plan

  • Had first meeting, carrying some tasks forward

  • Prioritizing support of user communities, especially those without tech expertise to understand/read code

  • Hope to identify automated processes to update metadata documentation

  • interested in new agents module and working on outlining tasks for the new code

Tech Docs: Trevor Thornton

2020-2021 Technical Documentation Sub-team Work Plan

  • Had first meeting with limited success, began working asynchronously via Google docs, email

  • Started evaluating existing organization of docs to identify areas for improvement

  • New initiative this year is to investigate new ways to serve tech docs directly from Github repo, with help of Mark and Blake

  • New “usability_subteam” JIRA label created to disambiguate tickets designated for review by the subteam from other usability related tickets. Similar labels will be created for other subteams as needed.
