Planning for next year

  • Johanna will send and email out with more details regarding the new sub-group governance structure and encourage sub-group members to serve in the vice-chair position for next year (beginning in July).

  • The sub-group will finish finalizing page assignments for the next month.

Tracking planning

  • What tools we might use to track changes for the User Manual. Google Sheets? Air Table? Questions to consider are: What information do we want to document? What do we want to be able to do with the information we are tracking?

  • Google Sheets would allow for sorting of the data/information that is being tracked in the spreadsheet.

  • In Confluence perhaps we should have a parking lot for issues that arise while updating the manual.
