Group Project 1: Resolving Member Match Break-ups and Testing for survey

Regina Carra

Resolve Member Match for Jessica Steytler (immediate).

Create email templates/sample email for when a match leaves the program/rematching participant. Update documentation.

Test survey

Action Item:

  • Regina will reach out to Sarah to set up a working meeting

Group Project 2: Member Match half-year check-in survey

Draft in Google Docs, then add to this year’s Airtable Base for the survey. Send to Group 1 for testing/editing…

Notes from October agenda --

Thinking about survey: keep it simple, not too many data points, opportunity to ask for promotional statements “What you’ve liked about Member Match; what has been most valuable; least valuable; how likely are you to participate again; recommend to others; what would you like to see from the program in the future; is communication what you expected/would like” optional name/contact info if you’d like for us to reach out directly

Timeline: goal to complete and share with Group 1 and Jessica by December 3rd; with hope to send out by Dec. 13th (1 week for feedback and edits); if it doesn’t work out, will aim to share out in early January

Action Item:

  • Bailey will reach out to Patrick about a working meeting in next 2 weeks

From Jessica --

The way the webpage with this text will look will be comparable to our CofC or this Getting Started page.  We don’t have a lot of options in terms of font, color etc because we used a standardized template that has passed accessibility checks.

Thoughts:

  • Great and extensive, good for the webpage

  • Still need to meet the need of “short & sweet,” “elevator speech,” perhaps 5ish, distilled, bullet points - more of a visual aid that’s engaging

Want to get this to a good place by early March to share with council

Anything else?
