Rebecca gave update from UAC/TAC related to user docs, e.g. possibly tagging user docs in Jira tickets
Regina: looked at workplans and mapped relationships between subteams, what exists, what could exists, etc. Will be discussing at UAC meeting tomorrow. Talked about how other groups use the documentation e.g., the testing subteam, how can they let us know about issues in documentation. Is there a way we would like to received that info?
For further discussion - how best to have others communicate the need for updated user documentation.
For Testing, propose that they add columns to the testing spreadsheet that asks if user documentation was used and if there are any issues that need correction.
Potential January discussion - the workflow for letting user docs know that updates are needed.
Sometimes Jira tickets come in that really are a user doc issue, suggest that a tag be created for user docs to alert us of the issue. Need more clarification/discussion on how this would work.
Comprehensive list of fields that do and do not publish in the PUI
Where will the page live?
How best to systematically go through to see what publishes?
Discussion on how tackle the work.
Start with the Resources module
Do this assuming out-of-the-box PUI
Start with a Google Doc and transfer to Confluence
May be a lag when trying to publish as needs to reindex.
Margaret to set up spreadsheet, add column about where it publishes
