The Usability team plans to complete the following tasks:

  • Agents display in the PUI

    • Name usage

    • Open date spans

    • Source display

    • Outline

  • Accessibility - especially in regards to screen readers

  • Creating more flexible custom reporting

As time allows, Usability will review new tickets assigned to the team by the Development Prioritization sub-team, and will review usability-related tickets in the “Needs More Information” queue.
