Communication:

If anyone does not have access to Slack, or is unable to create issues in Jira, contact Angela Spinazzè (Unlicensed).

Our next working group call will be on 7/23. From there, the meeting will occur every two weeks, with the exception of the 8/20 meeting, which is rescheduled for 8/13.

Next steps:

Wiki pages have been created for each of the tasks outlined for the working group:

Ideally, the working group will have tackled, or at least started on, all of this by the next meeting. Additionally, the working group will make sure that all issues are in Jira.

Meanwhile, Cherry Hill will continue reviewing Jira, and review the materials presented. We (Tommy Keswick (Unlicensed)) will also be posting a wiki page with questions for the working group.

Additional notes:

Mark from Yale, Dara from Rice, and Susan from Harvard have all indicated that they have working groups available to them who can do testing and provide additional feedback.

The overall expectation for the PUI is that it will be simple, easy, customizable, and contain sensible defaults.
