Jessica Crouch crafted the Code of Conduct and the sub-team reviewed code and solicited feedback from the member community.
The code of conduct is linked from the ArchivesSpace website under the Community dropdown menu.
Developed and Launched the Member Match program
Reviewed Implementation Buddies documentation
Chose Airtable as program and matching platform
Created purpose and mission, participant expectations, application form, timeline, and review process documentation
Introduced program to the community at a webinar and at ArchivesSpace Annual Forum 2021
Preliminary planning of Member Match activities, such as 'coffee chats'
Created wiki space, logo, and planned participant swag
Built in two working meetings to make matches
