  • Accomplishments from this term

    • Completed first year of Member Match Program

      • Refined program documents

      • Organized programs for Member Match, including “Show Me Your User Doc” program

      • Solicited feedback from program participants

      • Developed a listserv for the Member Match program

    • Launched next year of Member Match, 2022-2023

      • Improved match making workflow based on feedback

      • Brainstormed ideas to improve the program next year

    • Drafted “Making the Case for ArchivesSpace” document

      • presented to Council for feedback

      • turned it over to Community Engagement Coordinator for implementation

  • Priorities for next term

    • Continue Member Match program

      • Plan and implement a calendar of events/activities/discussion questions

      • Document outcomes, including keeping data on participation

      • Assess and make changes as needed. 

    • Assist Community Engagement Coordinator with implementation of “Making Your Case for ArchivesSpace” infographic (or similar) to encourage membership

  • Leadership assignments for next term

    • Bailey will serve as lead

    • Patrick will serve as co-lead
