2019-2020 Work Plan
The Development Prioritization sub-team will continue evaluating and ranking bugs and feature requests at each meeting.
Plans for 2019-2020 include:
- Implement and begin routing tickets to the "Ready for Community Developer" queue
- Issue a prioritization survey in fall 2019 and evaluate how Dev. Pri. will respond to responses
- Establish "themes" and goals for selecting tickets to review according to the prioritization survey, age of ticket, or other factors.
- Issue calls for commentary on tickets which require expertise beyond the group or greater community input
- Collaborate with program staff and other subteams as necessary
Prioritize tickets roughly aligning with prioritizes articulated in the Dev. Pri. Survey.
