The following candidates were elected to fill vacancies on the ArchivesSpace Governance Board:

Large:
  • Christian Dupont,  Boston College - Elected
  • Lee Pecht, Rice University

Medium:

  • Gerald (Jay) Gaidmore, William and Mary (incumbent) - Elected
  • Ann Hodges, Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi

Very Small:

  • Tom Adams, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory - Elected
  • Polina Illieva, UC San Francisco

Voting for the Medium membership level ended in a tie, which was resolved Tuesday, August 4, with a coin toss between the two candidates.

Robert Miller, CEO of LYRASIS, will succeed Kate Nevins as the voting representative of LYRASIS, and Jay Schafer, Director of Libraries University of Massachusetts-Amherst, will succeed Kathy Ray as the ex officio representative of the LYRASIS Board.
