• Althea and Lori meeting with the co-leads of Development Prioritization

  • Dev Pri will send tickets our way and will comment on what they need

  • Dev Pri will tag tickets with “usability_subteam” and we will adjust swimlane to have those tickets show up

• Althea and Lori meeting with Christine DiBella

  • Usability is empowered to close tickets; no need to refer back to DevPri

  • Tickets should be actionable; broken into small pieces

  • We can choose our focuses for the coming year; could even move away from working on tickets to doing larger usability studies

  • The Feature Request for the Collection Organization view should include the report, final wireframes, and different scenarios and workflows

• Subteams will be leading UAC meetings: we need to choose our month

  • We will do January
