- Mark Cooper to flesh out ASpace Github re-org proposal
- All TAC members - encouraged to review the draft FAQ document and share your thoughts on an appropriate platform for this type of FAQ. Team is still keen for feedback particularly on platform.
Ready for feedback on any aspect of it (platform, content, etc.). Here's the link: - Max Eckard and Patrick Galligan - Integrations sub-team to examine the two Github common script repository options a bit further and if they feel ready, set one up. They have a placeholder repository - keen to keep independent from personal accounts and affiliated with TAC. - After follow-up discussion, Integrations sub-team endorsed the idea of an archivesspace-labs organization and volunteered to help work on the Github re-org proposal.

5 min | Thanks to TAC members for recent listserv contributions: - Listserv
- Code, documentation and bug reporting
| | Listserv: - Kari, Patrick, Noah, Terry, Rachel, Mark Cooper, Max and Michael Vandermillen (sp?)
Code and documentation: Most of the pull requests between meetings looked like they were from non-TAC members, such as Chris Fitzpatrick. Question about where to put code that isn't generalizable but may be useful for others–that will go in the new archivesspace-labs location. Testing: |

5 min | Beginning of the new year activities | | - New minutes roster at: 2018-2019 TAC Meeting notes DELETE
- Shifting 15/16 files and call notes to 'TAC Historical Files' section, including sub-team pages. Let Sally know if you have something in particular you'd like to keep.
- **Sub-team workplans** Come up with workplans for the new year and post them with sub-team section. We'll have an informal period where we'll invite others from TAC to comment.
Since Matt left TAC we have one vacancy. Sally is trying to figure out what the process is for filling that vacancy. Look out for call for nominations.

10 min | Committer Oversight sub-team update | | No update, but is work on GitHub reorganization and set up some policies on who can contribute to which area. I.e., that the group of core committers is bigger than just program staff. |
Technical documentation sub-team update | | Big part is going through questions and trying to answer those that weren't answered on the listserv. Trying to come up with ideas for platforms. Welcome any feedback. Will reach out for some more targeted feedback. |
Features Prioritization sub-team update | | Survey for prioritization of various epics just closed. Finished up issue grooming–deciding if they needed to come off or put in particular states. Some work on reports, e.g., not really working in 1.5.1. Jason and Gordon and Cory talking about OAI-PMH specification. |
Testing sub-team update | | No update |
Migration sub-team update | | Have added Dave Mayo as an affiliate member. Did some good stuff at Harvard that should be generalizable. Looking at crosswalking ASpace exports to EAD3. Trying to have ArchivesSpace have the structure/granularity to allow for EAD3 export, as well as round-tripping. Ideally this specification would go to a future ArchivesSpace developer. Mike Rush has been tapped as well and other can be too. |
Bug Wrangler sub-team update | | No update |
Integrations sub-team update | | - Two new members (Jason, Terry)
- Scheduling calls for the upcoming year
- Patrick and Max have been helping doing some ad hoc work on the archivesspace GitHub reorganization and the Rights module spec
