At the April 6, 2021 meeting of Dev/Pri, we agree to pass this ticket, but note that it should not be implemented until is implemented.
“Search Collection” box that appears on the right side of our collection landing pages doesn't index all fields. Our curators use an Index Note field inside the top-level collection record for things like photograph logs. The text in this field is searchable from the main search bar on the front page of the site. However, the “Search Collection” box does not seem to populate results that reside in the top-level collection record. Is there a way to get this search box to scan information inside the top-level collection record?
