  • Accomplishments from this term

    • ArchivesSpace Code of Conduct

      • Jessica Crouch crafted the Code of Conduct and the sub-team reviewed code and solicited feedback from the member community. 

      • The code of conduct is linked from the ArchivesSpace website under the Community dropdown menu.

    • Developed and Launched the Member Match program

      • Reviewed Implementation Buddies documentation

      • Chose Airtable as program and matching platform

      • Created purpose and mission, participant expectations, application form, timeline, and review process documentation

      • Introduced program to the community at a webinar and at ArchivesSpace Online Forum 2021

      • Preliminary planning of Member Match activities, such as 'coffee chats'

      • Created wiki space, logo, and planned participant swag

      • Built in two working meetings to make matches

      • Created Member Match email templates for participant communication consistency and efficiency

  • Priorities for next term

    • Continue Member Match program

      • Plan and implement events/activities calendar

      • Document outcome of first year of program

      • Assess and make changes as needed. 

    • Review Online Forum Discussion notes for new project ideas

      • Ex. Create and disseminate “Making Your Case for ArchivesSpace” infographic (or similar) to encourage membership

  • Leadership assignments for next term

    • Regina will serve as lead

    • Bailey will serve as vice-lead
