Sub-team Reports

Feature Prioritization

Julie Patton

Met last Friday; reviewed stories from Sprint 17; reviewed proposed stories for Sprint 18; spent some time prioritizing the backlog; have been doing a lot of testing for releases of ArchivesSpace; next meeting will be Friday November 13th and will discuss new release and sprint cycle

Documentation

Linda Hocking

have gotten involved with video tutorial development; Chad Conrady and Miloche Kottman have volunteered to create tutorials; Christine Di Bellas is working with graphic designer; would like additional people to get involved in tutorial development–let Linda know if you'd be interested in creating a video tutorial

Reports

Nancy Enneking

currently testing reports to assist features prioritization sub-team; team wants to approach reports in a different way–get data out to use in own way; Brad Westbrook will talk to programmers about getting data out via API; sub-team feels that Jasper is not user friendly–stored reports are difficult to edit or customize unless you are a programmer and difficult to write canned reports that can be used by multipl repositories

Q&A

Gordon Daines

Nancy asked who will be replacing Nathan Stevens to assist with migration tool tweaks; Gordon indicated that migration support will move to the Technical Advisory Council migration sub-team
