Jira tickets drafts

• Noah will submit the Jira ticket for the View button issues.

• Susannah found that the floating help button text has been fixed in 4.0.0. so she won’t submit that ticket.

Agents

• Continued to discuss the layout of name usage and dates in the PUI in Jira ticket 1811. The group will work on a mock-up of a new layout ANW-1811: Name form usage dates not associated with names in public displayReady for Implementation

Auto-save

• Kelly brought up the question of auto-saving. While it may be harder to implement across the platform, it would definitely be helpful in RDE. She will start working on a Jira ticket.

Workflow from Validate Only to Import in the bulk importer

• Chris mentioned that having to reload the file after validation could be streamlined. The current idea is that once the file is validated, there could be a button to continue importing the file. She will start working on a Jira ticket.

Noah will let the team know if DevPri has a separate testing server and if so, do we have access to it?

Susannah will investigate if there are any EAD (or other) reasons why there isn’t a box-level option in the Resource Type controlled value list
