Randy will aim to make changes to TAC pages in November, Dan will make UAC changes. Targeting end of the calendar year for everything to be done.

Christine will get the older TAC/UAC Board reports and add them.

Making a sub-team leaders orientation manual

  • based on what people need/want to know, what needs to be in it?

  • how should it be organized? Is the new member orientation manual a good model?

  • what resources already exist in the exact form that’s needed?

  • what resources are individual sub-team specific but could be generalized?

  • what resources need to be created from scratch?

There are documents on Google Drive that need to be surfaced for team personnel transitions. It also needs to be clearer/explicitly stated how Google Drive permissions get assigned and by whom.

What will be particularly helpful will be a timeline highlighting what needs to be done and when similar to what TAC and Integrations have used in the past. Group members will share examples with each other for the next meeting, with the aim of developing a template.

Leadership videos - the live class was most helpful, in part because of the liveness, but also because it was directed to this audience and the content was good. We should encourage team leaders to watch it.
