Summary and First Steps
Our first project is a comprehensive review and consistency check of the existing technical documentation. We are checking the ArchivesSpace wiki, the Github pages, and the ArchivesSpace website to see where technical documentation exists, what the inconsistencies are, and gather information about what is linking to different versions of technical documentation. As we move forward, we will recommend changes to streamline areas where we keep technical documentation and ensure that links are going to the current versions of the documentation.
A later project will be investigating tools to build a query-able knowledge base that builds on a FAQ-type model for common issues arising on the users group list.

We have reviewed existing documentation and made recommendations for moves and changes to streamline the locations of technical documentation. See GitHub Documentation Map and Overview and Review and Consistency Check for this. We are currently investigating a FAQ page or something similar and reviewing topics in the Google group and member listserv for potential FAQs.
