Bulk Updater review

• Check-in on report on feedback for proposed New School plugin integration

  • Team feedback has been finalized, and document is ready for transmission to the project staff

• Community survey

  • Based on feedback from UAC, we will conduct a community survey to determine whether there is support for integrating the existing New School plug-in to meet the requirements of ANW-561

  • Survey questions might include:

    • Do you use the plug-in already?

    • What additional functionality would you want?

    • Other comments?

  • Survey might also break out responses by field to determine what respondents want, compared to what they need (e.g., multiple option selection in access note type)

  • Draft survey instrument in the team Drive folder for development

  • Final instrument should be completed by end of April

Ticket updates

• Tickets reviewed by Dev Pri

  • ANW-998 (Eliminate the continuous scroll of the Collection Organization tab – PENDING)

  • No additional tickets assigned

• Tickets marked as Needs More Information

  • Based on responses from UAC meeting, when assignments are not available the team can focus on Jira tickets marked as awaiting more information

  • As a test, we decided to review ANW-1032. While it is marked as Closed, this was due to the lack of a specification and is still of interest to community members
