• Survey results received and forwarded on to the program team

  • Results showed widespread interest in the integration of the New School plug-in, with 97 percent of respondents stating they would use the feature

  • Survey requested information on other desired fields to be included, with feedback on additional desired features

Ticket updates

• ANW-1032 ticket review

  • Based on review, determined that it would be better to update ANW-1272 to request inclusion of additional restriction note fields in updates to custom reporting

  • During discussion, also identified issues with the lack of linking between the “Restrictions Apply” checkbox and the Conditions Governing Access note, which are to be explored in the coming month

Next steps

• Cory to create a Google Doc for gathering information on the restrictions fields in the Accessions and Resources modules

• Group to begin reviewing tickets associated with multilingual description, including ANW-597
