Minutes

• The Reports Subteam convened at 12PM Eastern on January 18, 2018 via web conference.
• Laney provided an update on her work to create the Shelflist Report in the ArchivesSpace. Moving forward, the sub-team should write specifications based on the Shelflist Report and provide an example of what the data should like in a PDF. The specification should also indicate which fields are repeatable and which fields have enumerated identifiers that require translation.
• Laney confirmed that it is possible to host an instance of ArchivesSpace for test purposes, and will inquire about a JDBC connection to the MySQL database for testing and reports.
• The group reviewed the draft of the metadata crosswalk document and agreed to check previous work for errors, typos, etc.
• The group reviewed Laney's awesome new data dictionary application!
• The group agreed to meet again in a month.
