Minutes

• The team discussed continued work on the ArchivesSpace Metadata Crosswalks matrix, and agreed to submit JIRA tickets to report potential mis-mappings and other issues as they are encountered during the work. When submitting JIRA, tag the ticket with the names of the members of the committee so that others are notified and can contribute or elect to watch the issue.
• The team discussed methods for documenting changes to the Data Dictionary by recording information such as the date of last modification. The group discussed using JIRA to report and document changes to the data dictionary, and determined that it would be the lowest barrier to encourage updates from the user community.
• Laney McGlohon (Unlicensed) reported that she will be working on Reports over the next couple of days and hopes to include the Shelflist Report in the April release of ArchivesSpace.
• The team agreed to meet again at the end of April to arrange testing for the release candidate that will feature extensive improvements for Reports.

Action Items

• Ashley Knox and Jasmine Jones (Unlicensed) will meet separately to review EAD2002 and EAD3 columns in the ArchivesSpace Metadata Crosswalks document.
• Carolyn Runyon will work with the UAC Chairperson to arrange a meeting with the leader of the UAC Documentation Sub-team to further discussion regarding responsibility for long-term management of the Data Dictionary.
