	Program Update	Christine Di Bella	We're working on the next release of ArchivesSpace, which will likely come out at the end of September or early October. It will have some accessibility fixes, additional improvements to reports, and a few bug fixes. We also have some larger pieces like the addition of ARKs to OAI-PMH harvests that are in testing and may be available for the next release pending the results. Thanks to UAC members for helping us hone the data collection form for the member directory and roadtesting it! We officially launched it in mid-August - 50+ responses so far. We're aiming to have full representation of our member community, so please encourage your Member Reps to respond for your institution if they haven't already (and encourage colleagues at other institutions as well). Directory form is at https://tinyurl.com/aspace-directory Christine Kim is presenting a webinar about the new implementation buddies program and the directory on September 26 at 1:00 ET. 	Sub-team Reports
	Development Prioritization	Lydia Tang	Dev. Pri. is back to meeting monthly. In addition to Terra Gullings, we welcomed William Modrow to our roster and thank both of them for joining us. We're excited to hear that Accessibility is getting a major development push for this upcoming quarter after we worked with several reporters to pass their tickets on accessibility earlier in the year. 	Documentation	John Zarrillo	In August the Documentation sub-team put out a call to help determine the community’s needs in terms of improving documentation. We distributed a survey across several listservs, the ArchivesSpace blog, and held a Twitter chat. 9 users responded to our survey. We will be assessing the responses to determine how to proceed this fall. In general, those who responded were most interested in technical aspects of the application, such as the API and reindexing.
	Reports	Alston Coburn and Nikki Thomas	The Reports sub-team met at the end of August to share information on the history of the group with its new members and discuss the change in leadership. We are currently testing the addition of the RTF export to reports and we tested the new Resources List report.
	Testing	Brittany Newberry	The Testing sub-team tested v2.5.0 in early August. Held office hours at the Annual Members forum. Published a blog post on the sub-team in late August. Tested v2.5.1 Jira issues and feature requests this month. In total, the sub-team has tested features and functionality of ASpace along with 29 Jira issues.
	Other Business		Christine Di Bella they are working on a new release with some improvements and bug fixes. Wants to thank the data collection for the member directory and have launched it with several responses so far. Please encourage people to look at the directory and provide feedback. Presenting a webinar about the new Implementation Buddies program will be presented September 26^th at 1pm EST.
