Users Group list
Please join our Users Group list for the most up-to-date information for ArchivesSpace members. Any staff member from an ArchivesSpace member institution may join this list. The list archives are public and searchable.
This list is used for regular member announcements to and discussion among ArchivesSpace members. Topics include using the application, development activities, upcoming meetings and workshops, and information sharing related to governance, council, and program staff activities.
The list is restricted to staff at ArchivesSpace member organizations. As such, email addresses should be registered to the institution from which the person is qualified as an ArchivesSpace member. Email addresses registered to Gmail, Hotmail, and the like will not be subscribed to the list.
Small Archives and Lone Arranger list
The Small Archives and Lone Arranger list is for those in the ArchivesSpace member community working in small archives or as lone arrangers. You do not need to be from an institution at the Very Small or Small membership level to participate in this listserv, and those from the Very Small and Small membership levels are welcome to participate in other member listservs. The intended purpose of this listserv, however, is to serve as a forum where lone arrangers or archivists from smaller archives may communicate with each other to share techniques and strategies for using ArchivesSpace with consideration for the particular challenges that smaller institutions face.

Member Match Program list
The Member Match list is available to ArchivesSpace Member Match participants only and serves as a place for participants to ask and answer questions, share techniques, and receive announcements of Member Match activities and events. Member Representatives list
The Member Representatives list is for announcements related to governance business, voting and other policies related to membership and governance of the ArchivesSpace program. It includes one staff member from each member institution. The Member Representative is designated by the institution at the time it enrolls as a member and may be changed at any time as needed. Please contact us at ArchivesSpaceHome@lyrasis.org to change your institution's Member Representative.

Community-managed forums
Community-managed forums are not regularly audited by members of the ArchivesSpace team. We encourage people wanting to submit bug reports or feature requests to do so as described in How to Report a Bug and How to Request a New Feature.
