Congratulations! The ArchivesSpace Governance Board has approved your nomination to stand for election for the vacancy we have for a (Size) Member representative on the Board.

Would you please confirm your willingness to stand for election and review your candidate statement at (wiki link)? Please respond by (date). If you wish to review and revise your candidate statement in any way, please do so by (date) at the latest. Shortly thereafter, we will announce the slate of candidates to the membership via the ArchivesSpace listservs. The slate will include two candidates each for the (size/s representative/s) positions that we are needing to fill.

We are aiming to open voting to the voting members of institutions in these categories on (date) and close balloting on (date). Note that only the official voting members are entitled to vote (which is to say, each (size) institution can cast only one vote, and can only cast a vote on the (size) representative ballot).
