2020-2021 API Documentation Ad Hoc Working Group Retrospective
Activities this term:
Implementation has been slow – very few updates were made.
An agreement was made with the ArchivesSpace development team to implement documentation updates suggested by Working Group members.
Plans for 2021-2022 term:
Administration of this Working Group will fall under the purview of the Technical Documentation sub-team due to a general unwillingness to lead the group on the part of any participating TAC members.
Working Group members will submit documentation updates via Jira tickets.
Tech Docs team will work with ArchivesSpace development team to implement updates to documentation as part of their normal release process, pending some initial changes to the build process to support this work. The current plan is to reconnect with the development team in July to evaluate progress and determine next steps.
